N° 01 · What it is
Small, careful, unhurried.
Microneedling uses a pen-like device with very fine, sterile needles that make tiny channels in the surface of the skin. Your practitioner moves across the skin in gentle passes, adjusting depth area by area.
Every appointment starts with a short check-in and ends with calming serum, SPF and a printed aftercare card. You'll have a message from us a few days later to see how your skin is settling.

Before you come
- Book a skin consultation first, so we can check the treatment suits you
- Pause retinol and exfoliating acids for five days
- Avoid strong sun or sunbeds for two weeks
- Arrive with clean skin if you can, though we cleanse anyway
After you leave
- Skip make-up for the rest of the day and sleep on a clean pillowcase
- Use the gentle cleanser and SPF from your aftercare card
- No gym, sauna or swimming for 48 hours
- Message us any time with questions, day or night

Does microneedling hurt?
We apply a numbing cream for around twenty minutes first. Most guests describe a light, prickly vibration rather than pain, and we check in with you throughout.
How will my skin look afterwards?
Expect pinkness, a little like mild sunburn, for 24 to 48 hours. Most people return to work the next day. We'll give you a written aftercare card to take home.
How many sessions do people book?
Many guests choose a course of three, around four to six weeks apart. Your practitioner will talk this through with you at consultation, with no pressure either way.
Is it suitable for me?
We check your medical history and skin at consultation. Some skin conditions, medicines and pregnancy mean we'll suggest something else instead.
