Yes. We fly the drone, check the loft if we need to, and send a fixed written price within 48 hours. There is nothing to pay unless you go ahead.
02Do you include scaffolding in the price?
Always. Every quote includes scaffold, skips, materials, labour and the clean-up, so the number on the quote is the number you pay.
03How long is the guarantee?
Ten years on every new roof and two years on repairs, in writing, plus the manufacturer's own guarantee on materials.
04Can you come out for an emergency?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp a photo any time. We make storm damage watertight the same day wherever we can, then quote for the proper repair.
