Do I need to be home?
Not at all. Most customers leave a key, a key safe code or let us collect from their agent. We text when we arrive and when we leave, with photos.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, everything: vacuums, steam cleaners, cloths and eco products. If you'd like us to use your own products, just say so when you book.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 72 hours and we'll come back and re-clean that area free of charge. For end of tenancy cleans, that includes anything your agent flags at check-out.
How do I pay?
By card once the clean is done. Regular customers can pay monthly. Landlords and agents can have one invoice a month.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before your clean, online, on WhatsApp or by phone.
