Will this get my deposit back?
Your deposit is up to your landlord, but most deductions are for cleaning. We clean to your inventory and re-clean free within 72 hours if your agent flags anything.
Should the property be empty?
Ideally, yes. If you're still packing, we'll work around boxes, but cupboards and wardrobes need to be empty for us to clean inside them.
Is the oven really included?
Yes. Oven, hob, extractor, fridge freezer and inside every cupboard are all in the fixed price. Carpet cleaning is an add-on at £35 a room.
Do I need to be there?
No. Leave the keys with us or your agent and we'll send a photo report when we're done.
