About Lark & Lather
One van, one mop and a very clean oven.
Jo started Lark & Lather in 2017 after one too many cleaners who never turned up twice. The idea was simple: employ good people, pay them properly, and send the same faces back every time.

- 2017First clean, one van, Bedminster
- 14Cleaners, all employed by us
- 6Days a week, from 7am
- 0Agency staff, ever

The people who turn up.
Every cleaner is employed, trained for two weeks alongside a team leader, and background checked before their first clean.
A day with the team
Organised, so your clean isn't rushed.
We plan rounds by postcode, so teams spend their time cleaning, not driving across the city.
- Vans loaded
Fresh cloths, refilled bottles and the day's keys, signed out of the safe.
- First door
A text to the customer as the team walks in, then the room checklist starts.
- Photos sent
Every room photographed and sent before the team leaves.
- Second clean
Usually a regular clean nearby, so nobody spends the day in traffic.
- Back to base
Cloths into the wash, keys back in the safe, tomorrow's jobs checked.

How we work
Kind to your home, and the planet.
- 01
Same team, every visit

72-hour re-clean
Not right? Tell us within 72 hours and we come back to put it right, free.
From our regulars.
Same two faces every fortnight, and they remember the cat hates the hoover. Coming home on a Thursday is the best bit of my week.

Booked through the chat at 11pm, had a price in seconds and a team at 8am. The oven looks newer than the day we bought it.
