Good businesses lose work for a simple reason: nobody picks up.
You're on a job, with a customer, or it's after hours. The phone rings, the call goes to voicemail, and by the time you call back they've booked someone else. Quotes go out and nobody follows up.
SoluGenius exists to fix that with a complete, managed AI front desk: every call and message answered, booked and followed up, day and night, by a receptionist that tells people it's an AI and hands over to you when it matters.

The beginning路 Our story
It started with a missed call.
Our founder, Aboobacar, needed a shutter repair, urgently. The first company he rang didn't pick up, so he rang the next one, and they got the job. The first engineer never knew he'd just lost around 拢500 for a couple of hours' work, simply because nobody answered the phone.
It hit home because we'd been on the other side of it for years. SoluGenius is part of Kiara World Limited, a UK company established in 2011 that sells online on marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. Aboobacar has 16 years in e-commerce and a degree in Business Information Systems, and selling online has always meant mastering new tools, from listing software and product photography to AI for writing, images, video and voice.
It also made problem solving a habit. Marketplaces change their rules all the time, and when they do, you work out what's needed and sort it before it costs you a sale. We bring the same approach to every business we work with: understand the problem first, then choose the tools that fix it.
So when that call went unanswered, we knew the technology to fix it already existed. What busy service businesses were missing was someone to choose the right tools, set them up properly and look after them. That's why we started SoluGenius in 2026.
We built it for ourselves first. Zara, our own AI receptionist, answers our WhatsApp and website chat, and you can talk to her right here in your browser. It's the same setup we build for you.
