Who we are

SoluGenius is a trading name of Kiara World Limited, registered in England and Wales.

Proposals and prices

• Every engagement starts with a fixed-price proposal in writing, including an agreed go-live date.
• All prices exclude VAT.
• Prices apply to businesses based in the UK, by billing address.
• Published prices can change. The prices in your signed proposal are the ones you pay.

Payment

• Setup is paid 50% to start and 50% at go-live.
• Monthly fees start at go-live.
• Monthly by card or direct debit.

Term and cancellation

• Month-to-month, 30 days' notice.
• You can cancel monthly management at any time by giving notice in writing; the service runs until the end of the notice period.

Usage, changes and pass-through costs

• Voice minutes beyond your package allowance are charged at 25p a minute, or you can add 250 minutes for £49 a month. Calls are never cut off, and we alert you at 80% of your allowance. Minutes reset each month and don't roll over.
• Each plan includes update time every month, which resets monthly and doesn't roll over. Extra time is £49 per 30 minutes; bigger work is quoted. Fixes to anything we built are always free and never use your update time.
• WhatsApp template message fees are passed on at cost.

Your part

• Give us accurate information about your business, services, prices and FAQs, and approve what your AI receptionist will say.
• Provide access we need, such as calendar access and phone forwarding.
• Tell us promptly about changes to your business so we can update your receptionist.

How the AI behaves

Your AI receptionist only answers from information you approve, tells callers it is an AI, and passes anything unusual to your team. We review conversations and improve them as part of monthly management.

Data protection

We process your customers' data on your behalf under a data processing agreement, in line with UK GDPR. See our privacy policy for how we handle data as a business.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
