Zara is an AI
Zara is an AI receptionist, not a person. She says so at the start of every call and chat. If you'd rather speak to a person, ask her and she'll book you a call with our team.
Calls and chats may be recorded
Conversations with Zara may be recorded and transcribed. She tells callers this at the start of the call.
How recordings are used
- To answer your question, book your call and send you any confirmation you ask for.
- To check quality and improve Zara's answers.
- Never sold.
How long they're kept
Recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as agreed, then deleted. For our clients' receptionists, the client decides how long, and we follow their instructions.

Every AI receptionist we build tells callers it is an AI, answers only from information the business has approved, and hands over to a person when it matters.
