These make the site work and don't need consent. We remember your cookie choice in your browser for 12 months. GoHighLevel, which runs Zara and our booking calendar, sets a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm, from Cloudflare) to keep out bots.

Zara's chat on every page (optional)

Zara, our AI receptionist, runs on GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). If you allow it, her chat and voice buttons load on every page and store a visitor ID and session details in your browser, so a conversation can carry on from page to page.

If you don't, nothing from GoHighLevel loads until you tap a "Talk to Zara" or chat button. Tapping one asks for that service, so the same storage is then used to run it.

Booking calendar

Our booking page shows a GoHighLevel calendar. When you open it, GoHighLevel stores a visitor ID in its own frame to run the booking. If you'd rather not use it, message Zara on WhatsApp and she'll book the call for you.

Advertising measurement (optional)

If you accept, we remember the campaign tags in the link that brought you here (such as utm_source or a Facebook click ID) for your visit, so we know which ads lead to enquiries. If we add the Meta Pixel, it will also only load after you accept.

Analytics

We don't use analytics cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask first.
